A new customer experience programme has been launched this week by C2V+, the joint venture between VolkerStevin and CH2M set up initially to work in the water sector delivering AMP6 projects.
C2V+ has launched Xceed as part of National Customer Service Week. The new programme is set to overhaul customer experience across all C2V+ projects moving forward.
Customer Experience Manager, Michelle Bentley, said:
“It is really important to us that we offer our customers and our client’s customers, as good an experience as possible. Working on construction sites we are often nearby to people’s homes, leisure areas and workplaces and we want to be as considerate as we possibly can.
“It is a priority to us to get it right with our customers. This is our own in-house training programme which we have set up specifically for our employees so they can offer the best customer experience possible.”
As part of the programme, a training board game and short film have been produced and it is planned to be rolled out to staff over the coming months. Xceed focuses specifically at what makes a great customer experience, what it looks like and what is expected of staff.
